This is the vision for TrustCare.

TrustCare is a very personal and private medical practice, committed to giving patients 24/7 access to the doctor's personalized medical attention.  Instead of the hassles of insurance there will be an annual (or quarterly) retainer fee which covers:

• annual extensive comprehensive physical exam and wellness assessment with EKG, lung functions, routine bloodwork (cholesterol, blood sugar, blood count, etc) urinalysis, gyn exam/PAP smear for women
• all sick visits (same or next day appointments always)
• unhurried visits at a time that is convenient for you and your schedule
• access to your doctor's personal contact information (cell phone, secure email, etc)
• routine in-office lab tests (such as urinalysis, hemoglobin)
• in-office urgent care
• management of your unique/complex healthcare needs when you need specialty referral or hospital care

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Dr. Kunz had previously announced he would be resigning from all health plans (including Medicare) by the end of 2009 ... Due to the changing economic times, the final date for plan participation has been moved back (indefinitely... the final date will be announced on this website and by letter to our current patients) as many patients have been unable to accommodate the change. Once Dr Kunz is fully involved in TrustCare and has ceased taking insurance reimbursement, there will be a limited number of cash payment, "fee-for-service" appointments available. Advanced Wellness patients (nutrition, BHRT) will may also be seen on cash or subscription basis. 

Current patients of Dr. Kunz and Susan Eldred NP-C at Perisseia Physicians will receive a 50% discount on second adult member of every couple that signs up for TrustCare. This offer will be effective until October 1, 2009
