| How can TrustCare be economical for me? | |
|
TrustCare members will receive considerable assistance from me and my staff in the form of: discounted lab services either through or outside the office (whichever is less!), pharmacy analysis for low-cost generic substitutes, direct contracting for discounted diagnostic services at local facilities (we’ll make ‘em compete for our business and cut out the middle-man!), and cash pricing discounts with specialists with whom I have long and trusting relationships. We intend to bring Market Forces back into our medical community at last! But most important of all, I will actually be able to personally manage your care, (remember, you have me 24/7) coordinating your services with other doctors when necessary, and helping you individually to get the best care… which is also the best value! Let me remind you that Membership is limited so it's important to act as soon as you can. If you think money is a barrier, consider the following examples first. You may find TrustCare to be a truly economical option: • the premiums you and your employer pay for an expensive Managed Care plan may be outrageous and a HSA out of which you pay my retainer may be, dollar-for-dollar, a better deal • you could be a Medicare patient on fixed income seeing multiple specialists. They are prescribing extra and expensive medications and ordering duplicate testing and requiring way too many office visits. You may be better and more-efficiently managed by me at a cost so much lower that it more than pays for the retainer fee, not to mention the better deals we can get on medications, tests, and diagnostics • you could be a single parent of two and can never off work to take the kids to the doctor when they really need it without taking too much time. Time off is money lost. We can be more flexible to meet these needs. Less work missed, more money earned (or saved) • and for everyone, my accessibility over the phone, email, etc, will enable us to handle so much more without being forced into an office visit, again, time saved, money earned for you. • not to mention, if you did have to go to the Emergency Room (which, because of our better communication, we can do a lot more to keep you out of ! ) or the Hospital, I can be the one to make sure it is being done right for you, shortening your time there, and, it goes without saying, reducing the expense. • if you have a job that only pays when you work, dominates your life, and leaves you little flexibility in your schedule, well, time is money for you. TrustCare can help. And finally, I believe strongly that Managed Care has no place in Primary Care, and that all patients everywhere can get a better value in healthcare (that is, higher quality at lower price) by having a direct financial as well as clinical relationship with their primary care doctor, without the middle man. |
